The game runs in your browser. There is very little to say here, which is the idea.

What we collect
Aviatorfunnz has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for your name, email, date of birth, payment details or any other personal information in order to play.
Stored on your device
One flag is saved in your browser's local storage recording that you confirmed you are over the required age, so you aren't asked on every page. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device. Your credits and flight log live in the page itself and vanish on reload. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes everything.
Server logs
Like most websites, the host serving these pages may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, for security and reliability. If your deployment uses a host or CDN that does this, name it here and state the retention period.
Fonts
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log your IP address. To avoid this entirely, self-host the fonts — the files can be bundled with the site.
Analytics and advertising
This build includes no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. If you add any, update this notice and the cookie notice first, and remember that a social casino game must not target minors — that applies to ad targeting as much as to the game itself.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Where data protection law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Because we hold no identifiable data about players, most of these will have nothing to act on, but you can still contact us. Name your data controller and, where required, your representative and supervisory authority here.
