1. Who this is for
Aviatorfunnz is available only to people who are 18 or older, or over the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the site you confirm that you meet that requirement. If you don't, you must leave.
2. What Aviatorfunnz is
Aviatorfunnz is a free social casino game: an online simulated gambling-style game provided for entertainment. It does not offer or promote real-money gambling. It provides no prizes of real-world value. It is not a gambling service and is not licensed as one.
3. Virtual credits
Credits displayed in the game are a score-keeping device. They are provided free, hold no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, withdrawn or converted into money, goods, services or anything else of value. We may change, reset or withdraw credits at any time. Losing credits costs you nothing.
4. No purchases
Aviatorfunnz contains no in-app purchases and takes no payments. We will never ask you for card or bank details. Treat any page that does as fraudulent and report it to us.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the game if you're under the required age, and don't help anyone who is.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape or automate the game to disrupt it for others.
- Don't present the game as a gambling service, an operator, or a way to win money.
- Don't copy the site to promote real-money gambling.
6. Availability
The game is provided as-is and as-available. We may change or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Since the game involves no money, stake, prize or payment, any direct loss is limited accordingly. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
The Aviatorfunnz name, artwork, code and copy belong to their respective owners. Aviatorfunnz is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any real-money gambling operator, casino, betting brand or their trade marks.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
